add same resident to two different schedules

I combined two schedules into one to make it easier for our residents and faculty. However I need to make a second schedule for another facility that just has the same residents that will be at their facility. I cannot figure out a way to put the same person into two schedules for the same month.

Hello,

You can add residents to additional schedules on the same month in exactly the same way as you did the original schedule.

In your case your EM Call/Shift schedule uses the EM Rotation to get its residents. If you wanted to do the same for the Trauma schedule you would simply select the EM Rotation there as well. To do so please follow these steps:

- log in to the Scheduling Tool

- click "Edit" next to the Trauma Call/Shift schedule

- click the "Residents" tab at the top right of the page

- click "Manage Residents" at the bottom left of the Residents tab

- select the "EM" Rotation from the "2014-2015" Annual Rotations Schedule and click the Save button at the bottom of the box.
