We've noticed the list of people who ended recently on the medrez home page persists for hours. It's currently 3 and a half hours into the day and the "On Now" column still shows the overnight residents at the top. Is there a set cutoff? Can it be earlier than what it is now?

Yes indeed it is a set cutoff, currently it's 8 hours. I'll consider making that something you can customize in a future release.
