Is there a way to have those Requested Dates be highlighted while trying to schedule instead of having to highlight the name?

Hello CUHPsych,

A resident's Day Off and Vacation Requests are only shown in the schedule editor when the resident is highlighted.

If you want to see all requests for all residents at once for a given block you can click the "Residents" tab that is in-between the "Shifts and Calls" tab and the "Schedule" tab.

Hello CUHPsych,

If you publish your schedules the Schedule Viewer has an option to export requests in a PDF which you can then distribute with your schedule.
