Is there a way to get rid of AM/PM view in resident view of export viewer to make the schedule more concise when printing? Residents and attendings are having issues with being able to view the schedule in calendar or resident view that is concise and not on multiple pages. Thanks for your help.

Agreed, our schedule for one week spills over one pdf page. Is there a way to condense the view in the pdf?

Similarly, our shifts when viewed on screen are quite spaced out vertically, making it challenging to read. Some of the shifts, even when they're at the exact same time day-to-day are in a different vertical position, making it difficult to read across a row and know who's on a particular shift.

      Hello MSSLRAnesthesia and dukeem,

First I must apologize for missing the notifications on these messages and replying so late.

"Is there a way to get rid of AM/PM view in resident view of export viewer to make the schedule more concise when printing?"

Unfortunately there isn't. The "By Resident" view was intended to make life easier for residents before I had the individual resident pages with their complete schedule there. Now I think the "By Resident" view is superfluous and I'd like to get rid of it actually. (Tell me if I'm wrong about this.)

"Some of the shifts, even when they're at the exact same time day-to-day are in a different vertical position, making it difficult to read across a row and know who's on a particular shift."

That's interesting. Shifts that are at the same time and have the same name should be at the same vertical position. This is what causes the white space in the schedules too for that matter.

I'm aware of an issue where calendar schedules spill beyond one page.I will try to fix that.
