Hi BBHMedEd,
From the Schedule Viewer you can export a pdf containing all requests for a given schedule. When viewing the schedule click the export button and select the appropriate option.
If you do not see an option to export requests it may be that you need to turn on publishing of requests:
- log in as the schedule maker
- from your account's home page click the "people" icon at the top of the page
- from that section click the "Settings" tab
- in the settings tab change settings for requests. Set "Publish request tallies" and "Show status of requests with published schedules" to yes.
