Total Days Off Tallies

Hi,

I am trying to keep track of vacation days granted, but when I look at the "Vacation Days Granted" Column in the schedule viewer, it looks like it is adding the prior year's vacation total, so I cannot see how many vacation days were granted for just this academic year that started in July.

Is there a way to view total so far for just THIS academic year?

Hi umgioncall,

Unfortunately the request totals shown in resident listings are for every request in the system.

You can get total number of days granted and denied for a time period by looking at the stats table of a block of a call/shift schedule.

If you do not want to sum request totals over each block, you could create a new dummy schedule, with one year-long block, and add every resident to that block. The stats table should then give you the totals for each resident for the year.

Sorry there isn't a more straightforward way to do this.
