Schedule Viewer incorrect Academic Year

Hi! Very interested in using MedRez for my program next year. I created a demo schedule for the 2018-2019 calendar year, however when I publish it and try to view it through the resident link, it comes up as a schedule for the current 2017-2018 year. The residents on the schedule also have not advanced in PGY terms as well (current 2nd years are still 2nd years when they should be PGY3s).

Is there something you are supposed to click to make this correct and have the schedule display under the correct academic year?

Thank-you for trying out the MedRez.net Scheduling tool.

I did see that one of your schedules was showing up as the wrong year in the Viewer. I cleared some caches and it seems that straightened it out.
