Duty Hours Rules for Emergency Medicine

Duty hours are a bit different for Emergency Medicine residencies. For example, "Emergency medicine residents must have a minimum of one day (24-hour period) free per each seven-day period. This cannot be averaged over a four-week period." Is it possible to turn off "averaged over 4 weeks" in the duty hours settings?

Thank-you for writing. Yes, this is unfortunately a limitation of the Duty Hours system in MedRez.net. It is not able to turn averaging off. I realize EM residencies can not average. I'll do my best to add this capability if I revisit the Duty Hours system.
