Limiting Number of Requests

HI,

Is it possible to add a maximum limit of requests per month? For example, our program allows a max of 7 vacation days and 2 personal days per month. I have added "max 2" wording to the label for personal days but residents are ignoring that and requesting additional days.

Hi Valerie,

Thanks for writing. Unfortunately the Scheduling Tool does not let you specify these kinds of limits for time-off request.

You can reject requests that are too unreasonable, but I realize that still leaves you with a communication problem with your residents.

Thank-you for the suggestion. I'll consider it if I revisit that part of the program.
