Archiving instead of "trashing"

I would like to keep old schedules (ie 2018-2019) viewable to the upcoming residents, but also would like to get rid of some of the clutter. Is there a way to archive residents when they graduate without completely trashing them? This way they don't show up in my list of residents when making schedules for 2019-2020.

Hi UICOMPOBGYN,

Yes, this is in the planning stages. I already made a change to the way academic years are associated with resident PGY in the last release. This was a prerequisite for viewing residents filtered by academic year (as in: it will only show residents who are "Active" in the selected academic year.

For old schedules, I'll do something similar on the main account page: a year selector at the top, and you'll see schedules for the selected year. I have a lot of things to work on but this is a relatively high priority item.
