Requests in the scheduler section

I can find the area to print or review all of the Requests in the published view only section for the schedules. Is there somewhere to see a similar summary of everyone's requests, approvals, etc. in the schedulers area? I do not want to published the Requests for everyone to see, but I cannot locate another area to view all of the Request details of all of the residents together.

Hi UICOMPOBGYN,

To view all the requests:

- Log in as a schedule maker

- Go to the "Residents / Staff" section (the little people icon at the very top of the page)

- Click on the Requests tab.

That page has complete listings of all requests for each resident and summary totals.

You can also view requests from within a Call/Shift schedule or an Annual Rotations Schedule, but those listings will be limited to the requests relevant to the schedule.

Yes, a print-friendly view is lacking for requests on the schedule maker side. I will improve this when I rework that part of the program.

Hello, just curious if there are any developments on a view option for Day-off and Vacation Requests without having to Publish these to the view only login area. Essentially i would like to see the requests (both granted and denied) in once space for all residents while logged into the administrating side of the program.

Thank you for letting me know your needs. I'm about to finish up on the new help files and will see if it makes sense to tackle an improvement to requests next, instead of what I was going to do. You are not the only one asking about this.
