Problem with randomizer

Hello!

I am using the trial version and trying to randomizer but keep running into this error message:

"There was a problem launching the randomizer. Please reload the page. If the problem persists contact support"

I also tried letting the software run for an hour with no results. I'm not sure how to post images in the forum as it asks for hyperlink. My schedule has 26 residents, 5 in-house shifts, 2 tallies (all calls, weekends), areas, and defined duty hours. The residents' names are in Chinese (does that affect the software?)

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I did see a few errors go by in the logs that match your description. I'll dig into it and try to fix it starting today.

This is now fixed and you should be able to use the Randomizer.

If you have further problems using Chinese characters please let me know.

I realize PDF exports aren't working in your case right now and I will try to fix it as well.
