Order of shifts/calls

Thank you so much for your help with using this product!

Is there a way to change the vertical order that the shifts/calls appear?

I would like it to appear in the vertical order

A, B, C, D, E, 7ESI, 7ENI, 2CI

Hello again WP,

The shifts and calls appear by time first, then by alphabetical order. I'm sorry but there is no way to change the order.
