published schedule not reflecting changes

Olivier,

2 issues:

1. the published call schedule is not reflecting changes that were made (can be seen on our editable version). I don't see a button to "re-publish" , only "export to PDF"

2. the residents are able to see shifts from the next academic year, which we haven't finished working on and have not formally published for the residents.

Any advice?

Hi Emory Rad Chiefs,

1. Indeed you have to re-publish your schedule so that the changes show up in the published version. Use the "Publish Now" button -- the same one you used to publish the schedules the first time. In Call / Shift Schedules it's under the Tools Menu.

2. It sounds like your schedule is published. If you don't want anybody to see a schedule that has already been published use the "hide" button just above the "Publish Now" button. When you are ready to show it again, use the "un-hide" button. You will have to publish it again if you made changes.

Appreciate all of your up-grades. Things seem to running smoothly.

One suggestion we had for a future upgrade

When editing a certain call block, it is a little cumbersome to switch to adjacent blocks. If it would be possible to either have a several month spread viewable when editing shifts OR if there was a quick key on the editing screen to go to the next or prior block, that would be great.

That is a good suggestion. I had been thinking about something like that myself. I'll try to add that capability in a future update.
