Hi kanaan2,
I am very sorry this bug with on-schedule residents is holding you up. In light of this I created an update that addresses the issues that arise when week-long Rotation blocks are mapped to month-long Shift blocks. It uses some of the fixes from the upcoming (and unfinished) version:
- The system correctly identifies the shifts where a resident is not on the schedule. This applies to manual scheduling and when using the Randomizer.
- Average duty hours are now correctly counted. Note: average duty hours are evaluated only over the parts of the schedule where the resident is on the schedule.
- The randomizer should also work better with these fixes.
I consider this update to be a "beta". As a result you are the only one to use it. If you have any problems let me know.
Regarding Request Tallies: I took a quick look at your account and I did not find any problems with your Request Tallies.
Please tell me specifically which requests are not showing up in which tallies so I can track down the problem if there is one.
Please note that requests that have the status "Under Consideration" do not show up in the tallies on the published site. This is by design.
