the shifts are still showing up as acceptable if two are scheduled within a 24 hour period of time.

Your "Jeopardy", "Kaiser ED", "Peds ED Intern Only" schedules do not have a "Minimum Time Between Shifts" rule set up. You have to set this rule for each schedule.

"Stanford ED" and "Valley ED" are the only ones where you have it set.

Set this up in Manage Call / Shift Schedule -> Settings tab for each schedule.

Update: as of now the "Minimum Time Between Shifts" rule no longer exists.

To prevent back-to-back shifts reduce the "Max Continuous Duty Period" rule to 12 hours (instead of 24) for all your residents and staff. Thanks.
