block schedule with multiple sites (at same time for same resident)?

hey guys,

we frequently have people working at multiple sites. the current block schedule arrangement only allows us to sign them up for a single site. please let us know how we can fix this.

Hi kanaan2,

You have a few options:

- create Rotations that combine sites, like "Site A and Site B"

- create a separate Annual Rotations Schedule for your secondary assignments

- simply add residents to a block in a site's Call and Shift Schedule manually on an as-needed basis.

A future version of the Annual Rotations Schedule system will allow you to handle this situation more gracefully.
