Archiving schedules

Is it possible to archive schedules on Medrez? We would like to clean things up by having only the current academic year visible, but we'd like to revive an old schedule from an archive as needed.

Thank-you for the suggestion. I'll try to make it possible to hide schedules from earlier years in a future update.

Hi is this feature possible now? Or how can you delete all together a previous calendar year?

Hi umgioncall,

If you are completely done with the previous year's schedules you can put them in the Trash.

Click the "show trash" link at the bottom of the list of schedules on the Home page. When the Trash is open, "Trash" buttons appear alongside each schedule. Hit the Trash button to put an entire schedule in the trash.

In the future I'll update the Home page so it only shows you one year of schedules at a time, much like the Schedule Viewer currently does. I just haven't gotten around to that yet.
