Improved PDFs for published schedules

The "View as PDF" functionality for published schedules has been improved.

All PDFs exported from the published site now make better use of the space available on the page and in some cases reduce the number of pages required to print a schedule. In particular, Annual Rotations Schedules with 13 blocks can now fit on two pages (one with seven blocks, one with six).

Call/Shift Schedule PDFs have been improved as well. See below:

We would like to be able to publish our whole schedule on pdf rather than individual components - meaning - all call shifts for all residents for the whole year. Please let us know how to accomplish that.

Hi Michael,

Each published schedule has a "View as PDF" link at the bottom.

Currently there is no option to export all blocks and/or all schedules as a single pdf file but I'll keep that possibility in mind for a future upgrade.
