Eligible call residents

Hello,

When I am in the manage shift/call screen under the residents tab, it won't let me uncheck certain people to take them out of the call schedule. And when I hover over the person it has the wrong rotation listed. For example, Dinah in september is on Kaiser and can't take call, but I can't unhighlight her box and it says surgery instead of kaiser.

Hi Dan,

I looked at your schedules.

In the Residents tab the popup shows that Dinah is on in September, but only until September 2. Looking at your Annual Rotations Schedule I see that she is indeed on Surgery from mid-August to September 2. (Your August block goes to September 2.) Starting September 3rd she is on Kaiser, and is no longer "on" the Call/Shift schedule.

The system will always allow you to remove somebody from a schedule that you added manually. But if they were added because they are on a Rotation, you must remove them from the Rotation or the Rotation from the Call/Shift schedule.
