This update to the MedRez.net Scheduling Tool improves publishing.
New options
You now have more control over some of the information published in the Schedule Viewer:
Schedule names
There used to be two names for each schedule: a name used in the Scheduling Tool, and the name of that schedule as it appeared in the Schedule Viewer. From now on there is only one name. Changing the name of an Annual Rotations Schedules or Call/Shift Schedule in the Scheduling Tool's main page will change it on the Schedule Viewer as well.
Note that as of this release non-alphanumeric characters are allowed in Annual Rotations Schedules and Call/Shift Schedules.
Bug fix: trashed schedules and staff in Schedule Viewer
This update fixes the problem of staff and schedules still showing up in the Schedule Viewer after they were put in the trash.
As of this update putting a Resident or Staff in the Trash in the Scheduling Tool removes them from all pages of the Schedule Viewer.
Putting an Annual Rotations Schedule, a Call / Shift Schedule (or a block within a Call / Shift Schedule) in the Trash removes them from the Schedule Viewer.
Note! This change affects all trashed items retroactively. Any schedule or staff that was put in the Trash in the past has now been removed from the Schedule Viewer. If you wish to restore a schedule or staff to the Schedule Viewer simply remove it from the Trash in the Scheduling Tool.
