Dear users, it's April and that means it is time to start thinking about renewing your subscription to the MedRez.net Scheduling Tool for the 2013-2014 year.
How to renew?
Renewing is easy. Log in to your account, and click the "Signup to edit additional schedules" link on the right hand side. If you are paying with a credit card you'll be done in a few clicks.
The price to renew is still $290 for the year.
Tips for those ordering with a P.O.:
Tip #1: start the renewal process early! It can take a very long time for purchasing departments or other administrative departments to issue Purchase Orders.
Tip #2: If you need an estimate or a quote or something of that nature in order to obtain a P.O. please send an email to support at MedRez.net and we'll get you one in no time.
Tip #3: After you obtain a Purchase Order, you should go through the order process online, and also send the P.O. to MedRez.net via email or FAX as explained in the order process.
Tip #4: Did I mention you should start the process early?
Passing the torch to the next chief:
A new year often means a new chief in charge of scheduling.
The number one thing to do in the Scheduling Tool in that case is to update the email address in the "Your account" section. This is the only email address that can be used to recover passwords, therefore it must be up to date.
If the login name of your account is a personal handle for the outgoing chief (such as "johndoe") then you may like to change it. I recommend changing it to something that represents your institution and department ("metroFM"), and not the name of the person making the schedules.
