Clear entire schedule?

Hello,

I was wondering if there was a way to clear the entire "block" schedule? For instance, if I run the randomizer and click "save" it will fill all of the necessary slots. However, what if I want to start over from scratch and not use the randomizer? Is there a "reset"button? Or do I have to pick every time slot (ED schedule) and delete each person from each slot?

Hi Eric,

To clear the schedule please use the "Fast Fill" function in "Remove staff" mode.

Fast Fill is accessible from the tools menu (same menu you use to get to the Randomizer).

To clear the schedule:

- set Fast Fill to "remove residents".

- select "all" residents (use the blue underline link to do this in one click)

- select "all" shifts (use the link again)

- check that the preview in the calendar corresponds to what you expect (all resident names in the schedule should be crossed out, indicating they will be removed)

- click Save.
