Is there any way to add notes to the PDF so that it shows at the times of publishing, or so other staff can see within the system?

    Unfortunately there is no built-in way to show notes in the PDF or in the schedule at this time.

    Using a PDF editor you may be able to add notes to the exported schedule, but it would not be visible in other parts of the system.
