Still loving the program. One more question. Is it possible to give more weight to certain shifts when you are tallying? For example we want everyone to have equal total call. Some calls are short calls and some are longer calls. Two short calls could equal a long call for example. A simple tally of all calls doesn't take this into account as a person with 10 short calls is not equal to someone with 10 long calls. Is there a way to make one long call worth "two" tally's?

Hello, it is not possible to assign specific weights to individual shifts. However you can set up your Tally to count number of hours on instead of occurrences. That should get you pretty close to what you are looking for.
