Total hours and days off

Hello,

I wanted to know if their is a way to take into account the daily duty hours the resident is in the hospital (regular weekday without on-call shift) so it will not be counted as a free day and we can keep track of the total hours not just the on call hours?

Hello Arturo,

Yes, the way to do this is to put residents on all their daily activities in a schedule.

You would probably do this in a separate schedule to avoid cluttering your call schedule.

To do this quickly use the "Fast Fill" capability to put the residents in the schedule in batches.
