Problem with Schedule Viewer

I am unable to download a PDF version of the on call schedule using the schedule viewer on my Ipad or iphone via the export option.

I am sorry you are having trouble.

Can you please tell me what version of ios you have installed on your devices? And what browser you are using?

Also, what happens when you tap the download button?

I have iOS 7.1 on both my Iphone and ipad, when I tap the Download PDF, it does nothing, the same is true on my iphone, the same goes for the Download ICS button, nothing happens.

Hello Arturo,

Popups are blocked on iOS Safari by default, which blocks MedRez.net's PDF export.

To download PDFs on Safari on iOS disable the block feature by going to Settings -> Safari -> Block Pop-ups.

Thank you it works now. It seems to have been exactly what you said, the Popup blocker was not allowing me to export the PDF.
