Adding Notes to bottom of PDF Calendar

Olivier,

I wanted to ask if their is a way to add Notes to the bottom of the Exported PDF. For example, in our old hand made OnCall Schedules we would always add the Changes made to the monthly Attending floor team to the bottom of the schedule, what we did this time was print the PDF file and add the teams by hand to the empty space at the bottom of the schedule. What we would like to do is have that information already added to the exported PDF by me before the residents can export and print. Thank you for your help.

Agreed. We have lots of important dates for residents to note and there is no way to highlight that. An additional "notes" option at the bottom would be helpful.

Also, we you highlight a residents schedule it's almost impossible to see it. The resident highlighted is only a slight darker shade of gray, while shifts available they can work are quite visible. The combined affect of the calendar date starting on Sunday (vs Monday) and poor highlighting makes it easy to accidentally screw residents on weekend shifts. Please, please change this. Our prior scheduler made this process much simpler and visibly clear.

I'm sorry that you have found these things to be a problem with the MedRez.net Scheduling Tool.

I have to say that while some of the criticisms are consistent with other comments I've received it's the first time I hear about problems with contrast in the schedule editor. I'm sorry you are finding it difficult to see. Some screens simply don't render contrast as well as others. Unfortunately, simply increasing the contrast in the application has downsides: increased "visual noise" and increased fatigue during long sessions. I have tried my best to maintain a good balance between these factors.
