Not displaying conflicts for class of residents

I am currently trying to fill in my new intern clinic schedule, and am finding that, despite the fact that I have already built their inpatient schedules, the clinic schedule does not flag scheduling conflicts the way it would for the other classes of residents, nor does it display the gray box at the top of the calendar day which shows that resident's daily schedule with hover-over.

I have verified that I have chosen the correct academic year for the interns and that the block dates coincide. The conflict notification system is working fine with the other classes.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this anomaly.

For me to diagnose this problem effectively it would be helpful to see a specific example.

Can you please email me at support@medrez.net and tell me specifically the name of the schedule and block you are looking at, the name of a resident that you are seeing this problem with, and the name of the schedule where that resident has a shift or call or clinic that you would expect to see as a conflict.
