Change in PGY status for upcoming academic year?

Olivier,

I terms of making next academic year's schedule, how can we advance

all the resident's PGY status while not ruining the schedules that we

have made through June of this academic year? Will this be a problem?

Does you program automatically take this into account?

Hi Emory Radiology Chiefs,

Advancing the PGY status on all the residents now will definitely change the PGY status of each resident across all schedules, including published ones.

Fixing this limitation is a high priority this Spring.

In the meantime I would recommend waiting before advancing the residents to the next PGY to avoid confusion.
