A single shift across all schedules?

We have a shift that is filled by our residents at one of our ED sites on a rotating basis. For example, if you are if any of our other adult EDs, you can be called upon to fill a "CCMC" block. Is there a way to make the individuals assigned to this single shift show up on all of the schedules without having to have all of the sites be part of a single schedule?

Thank-you for writing. I'm not sure I completely understand what you're trying to accomplish. In general, a shift belongs to a schedule and only one schedule. You can however add residents to multiple schedules based on the Rotation they are in, or just arbitrarily on a manual basis. Maybe there is a solution to your issue that does not involve sharing a shift between schedules? Feel free to call or email with more details, I'd be happy to try and help you more.

I'm trying to see if we could have a single shift that would populate across all schedules....
